Welcome to HealthLinc
HealthLinc (formerly Hilltop Community Health Center) is a community-based nonprofit organization, founded in 1996 and dedicated to improving the health of Northwest Indiana residents. HealthLinc provides quality primary care services without regard for a patient's ability to pay and serves as a community resource for eliminating health disparities. We strive to take a holistic approach to health and well-being and pride ourselves on creating a “health care home” for our patients. Our services include a range of medical, dental and behavioral health care for people of all ages as well as partnering with Fagen Pharmacy to provide easy access to low cost prescriptions. We serve as a clinical training site for medical students, family nurse practitioner students, and medical assistant students from colleges and universities in Northwest Indiana. Our providers and staff are also available for community education and outreach activities. We operate a clinic in our original Hilltop neighborhood in Valparaiso. We also have a clinic in Michigan City and another one in Knox. In addition, we provide medical services on-site at Porter-Starke Services in Valparaiso. U.S. Sen. Dick Lugar, along with HealthLinc, Inc. will sponsor Get Ready, Get Set, Go! which will feature family-friendly events including safety tips, free dental screenings, free immunizations, free free sports physcials, nutrition information, and much more. l The Back-to-School Event for Families is in honor of National Health Center Week will be held on the following dates at the three HealthLinc locations: August 10, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. August 10, 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.   August 12, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.  |
